This is a reminder that 3 key deadlines are quickly approaching for the upcoming State Championships.

December 25, 2024 👉 Last day to receive guaranteed WAC Hotel rate of $174.00 plus taxes. Reservations after the 25th may be available at the same rate, but may be higher depending on availability. A method of payment is needed to secure your reservation, but can be cancelled according to WAC policy. Make your reservations now to secure the best rate even if you have not registered for the tournament. Call the hotel at the following (206) 622-7900

December 31, 2024 👉 Last day for potential sponsors at bronze level or above to secure the maximum benefits of sponsorship, including recognition on the souvenir tournament shirt. Contact the WRA Acting Director of Fundraising at David.Stob57@comcast.net immediately for the sponsorship process.

January 7, 2025 👉 Last day to receive the $10 early registration discount. We encourage each of you to register early. And remind your friends who may not be receiving this email blast. This is particularly true for those of you that are indicated as doubles partners. For those of you who are savvy tournament players, you know that some people evaluate their potential participation based on the number of players in their divisions. Let them know you will be there, and then get ready to meet new competition or see familiar faces from the past! We expect to see at least 50 and maybe more players this year.
