Arun Rohila is stepping down from the Rankings Committee Chair. Arun jumped in and picked up the job of Rankings Committe Chair when it was needed and was excellent at keeping the rankings available and up to date. He’s always been a dependable member of the board, and willing to jump in and help wherever he was needed. It’s been very much appreciated, and we really hope we’ll still get to see him from time to time at tournaments.
This will leave the postion of Ranking Committee Chair open. Are you, or is someone you know, passionate about rankings and seeding? We could use your help on the WRA Board. The Ranking Committee Chair is responsible for keeping our rankings thresholds for singles and points for doubles and juniors up to date. They also answer questions from members about how the ranking system works, and work to make improvements to our ranking process over time, document those changes and keep members up to date an informed about changes.

If this is something that you’d like to do for the WRA, please contact Brian Gillespie.
